Payment Options
PayPal accepted. Credit/debit card payments also accepted via the PayPal server, please select appropriate option on the PayPal checkout screen.
Dispatch
Handmade products are made to order and completed chronologically. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch, or as stated on the item listing.
All other products are dispatched within 2 working days (unless your order is a mix of the two, in which instance the MTO lead time is applicable).
You will be notified via email of any significant dispatch delay.
Should you require a product urgently, please email me prior to placing your order, I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Costs
I aim to keep delivery costs to a minimum, therefore orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail Second Class post or via myHermes.
Postage costs are calculated per product.
Any excess paid in P&P will be refunded to your PayPal account upon dispatch.
At present I do not ship outside of the UK.
Returns
In the event you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email me WITHIN SEVEN DAYS to arrange a refund or exchange. The item must not be damaged or used and must be in it original packaging. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs. Betsy Blair Home cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst being returned. Your refund/exchange will be processed once the item reaches Betsy Blair Home.
Goods Damaged On Arrival/Lost in Post
Every care will be taken to package your item in the safest way possible. If you find your item to be damaged when it reaches you, please email me and include a photo of the damaged item. Where appropriate I will arrange a refund or replacement. Items lost in transit will be dealt with in accordance with the Royal Mail lost items process.
Product Colour
Betsy Blair Home aim to give the most accurate description possible of all products. Please bear in mind that image colours may vary across a variety of monitors.
Product Design
All product sizes quoted are approximate.
All hand made products are individually made to order, therefore the final product may vary slightly from the image listed. This is particularly true of hand embroidered pieces. Fabric pattern positioning may also vary. Seams on lampshades cannot be pattern matched.
Product Safety
Lampshades ~
Please use max 40w bulb. Keep bulb a minimum of 5cm away from the sides of the shade.
All fabrics used in the making of Betsy Blair Home lampshades are treated with a fire retardant spray which conforms to BS5867 part 2.
The shades to which the fabrics are attached comply with BS EN 60598-1, BS EN 60598-2-4, BS 4533
Tea Light Jars ~
Please remove decorative ribbon from wire before use. Don not leave unattended. Use with tea light only. Wire becomes hot when tea light is lit.
